Pressure

I have a gentle to medium touch, and do not do deep pressure or deep tissue work. Often I will be checking in with you to find out if you would like the pressure to be lighter, deeper, or to stay the same. Please feel free to let me know at any time during the session if you feel any discomfort, so adjustments can be made so you can focus on enjoying your massage. For deep tissue and deep pressure needs, cupping is a modality offered that can be used to have similar outcome as deep tissue massage, as it goes deep also. Cupping can be beneficial to those who do not desire Deep Tissue techniques, yet would like the outcome of relief.

Fee: There is a @3-4% fee to cover Square costs at time of checkout with use of debit and credit cards.Please note that as of now, we are NOT accepting insurance. Thanks!

**There is a $25.00 down payment in case of cancellations less than 24 hour notice, also for "No Show/s". **
